Serving as both Product Manager and Interaction Designer I noted the wide range of effectiveness and efficiencies in product development across the many groups I have worked in across many companies from 30 person startups to  huge corporations, especially when executing the "user experience" - UI design and screen flows.  

When I got the request for ideas at Product Camp I thought team effectiveness is something that is so critical to success.  The smartest people and best ideas for insanely great products will fail if the team is not efficient and effective in communication - this presentation is a first time I put these ideas together into a presentation.
